What is Lipo Melt-Mesotherapy?

It is a combination of both Lipo Melt (LED light therapy) and mesotherapy (injections) in a single treatment session. This combination approach aims to enhance the effectiveness of localized fat reduction and body contouring. Lipo Melt is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses LED light therapy to target and reduce localized fat deposits. Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves the injection of a customized mix of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other substances into the middle layer of the skin (the mesoderm) to treat various skin and body concerns.

What to expect?

During the Lipo Melt phase, which involves LED light therapy, you will likely experience a sensation of warmth or gentle heat on the treated area. This warming sensation is due to the low-level LED lights that are applied to the skin's surface. The lights are designed to penetrate the skin and target fat cells. During the Mesotherapy, you may feel a brief pinprick or stinging sensation as the injections are administered.

Results:

  • Localized Fat Reduction - The primary goal of this combined procedure is to reduce localized fat deposits in targeted areas of the area you chose to be treated. Over time, the treated fat cells are broken down and metabolized by the body, leading to a reduction in the volume of the treated area.

  • Improved Body Contour - As the targeted fat is reduced, you may notice an improvement in body contour and a more sculpted appearance in the treated areas. This can lead to a smoother and more defined contour in specific body regions.

  • Skin Tightening and Firmness - In some cases, the procedure may stimulate collagen production, leading to improved skin elasticity and firmness in the treated areas. This can help address concerns such as loose or sagging skin, particularly in the abdominal or facial regions.

  • Gradual Progress - The results are typically gradual and may not be immediately visible after a single session. It may take several weeks or even months to see the full effects as the body processes the released fat and collagen production continues.

  • Multiple Sessions Required - Achieving the desired results often requires a series of treatment sessions, typically spaced several weeks apart. The exact number of sessions needed can vary based on individual goals and the extent of the area to be treated.

  • Maintenance Sessions - After completing the initial series of sessions, maintenance sessions may be recommended at intervals to help sustain the results over time. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and regular exercise, can complement the results and extend their longevity.

  • Individual Variability - It's important to note that individual responses to the procedure can vary. Some people may experience more significant results than others, depending on factors such as skin type, body composition, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions.

Signs your a candidate:

  • Localized Fat Deposits: You have stubborn areas of localized fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. Common target areas include the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, arms, chin, and love handles.

  • Desire for Non-Invasive Fat Reduction: You prefer non-invasive or minimally invasive alternatives to surgical procedures like liposuction for reducing unwanted fat.

  • Body Contouring: You want to enhance your body's contours and achieve a more sculpted appearance in specific areas.

  • Improved Skin Elasticity: You have concerns about loose or sagging skin in addition to excess fat in certain areas. Mesotherapy injections may help improve skin elasticity when combined with Lipo Melt.

  • Cellulite Reduction: You are interested in reducing the appearance of cellulite on your thighs or buttocks.

  • Healthy Lifestyle: You maintain a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise but still have isolated areas of fat that are challenging to address through these methods alone.

Duration:

  • Lipo Melt (LED light therapy): 15-30 mins per treatment area.

  • Mesotherapy (Injections): 15-30 mins per targeted area. The mesotherapy injection phase can vary in duration based on the number of injections required and the size of the area being treated.

Interval: The specific interval can vary depending on individual factors and treatment goals. Sessions are typically scheduled relatively close together, often every 1 to 4 weeks.

Treatment Procedure:

  • Preparation: Before the procedure begins, the treatment area will be prepared. This may involve, Cleansing the skin to remove makeup, dirt, and oils and applying a topical numbing cream or gel to minimize any discomfort, especially if mesotherapy injections are part of the treatment.

  • Lipo Melt: The Lipo Melt phase involves the use of low-level LED lights, placing the LED light-emitting device on the targeted area(s) of the body.

  • Mesotherapy (Injections): A series of injections will be administered to the targeted fat deposits of the area.

Post treatment care:

  • Avoid Sun Exposure: Direct sun exposure can be harmful to the treated skin areas, especially after mesotherapy injections. It's essential to protect the treated areas from the sun's harmful UV rays. You can do this by:

    • Wearing protective clothing, such as long sleeves and a wide-brimmed hat.

    • Using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher on the treated areas when going outside.

  • Gentle Cleansing: Cleanse the treated areas gently with a mild, non-abrasive cleanser. Avoid scrubbing or using harsh skincare products that could irritate the skin.

  • Moisturize: Apply a soothing, non-irritating moisturizer to the treated areas to keep the skin hydrated and support the healing process. Choose a fragrance-free and gentle moisturizer.

  • Avoid Makeup: Refrain from applying makeup to the treated areas for the first 24 to 48 hours post-treatment. This allows the skin to recover without potential irritation from cosmetics.

  • Cool Compress: If you experience any mild discomfort, redness, or swelling after the procedure, you can apply a cool, damp compress to the treated area. Be gentle when using the compress, and avoid applying excessive pressure.
